1. Cancellations

  • Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

2. No-Shows

If you fail to attend your booked appointment without prior notice, the payment is non-refundable.

3. Service Satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform our spa manager immediately so we can resolve the issue. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Packages & Offers

Prepaid packages, gift cards, and promotional offers are non-refundable but may be transferred or rescheduled (as per availability).
